You are solely responsible for saving and safeguarding your access link. Treat it like a password and keep it private. If you lose, delete, or cannot produce your access link — for example, if you clear your browser and did not save the link — you will lose access to the materials you paid for and will need to purchase again to regain access. Because we do not maintain accounts, we cannot look up, recover, restore, reissue, or verify a lost access link or a prior purchase.
